The first thing you have to do is name your character. After that, you'll start to learn details about her life through her thoughts and the things she says. When you get to your date with the designer, you'll discover that not only is he attractive and attentive, he's also dedicated to representing unusual feminine physiques of all different races, and wants to express this in the clothes he designs.
Depending on the decisions you make throughout the different chapters, you can learn all the details of the designer's life and get to know him on a more intimate level. After completing the first level, you'll have to pay in order to unlock the next levels and learn the rest of the story.
